Thought #1:
If you are so 'blessed' to wake up in the morning, please do not 'think' about what you have to do for today. Look at the skies and realize
just how beautiful God's world actually is.
Thought #2:
Sometimes life moves too fast and the years flow by and then you realize, "I now have gray hair and am older. Where did the time go?"
Thought #3:
Next time you are out in your yard, a park, laundromat, rollerskating rink, or anywhere else you might visit frequently, focus on the things that you missed
noticing the first time around. Example: your favorite building and you never noticed a chandellier above your head using energy-saving light bulbs.
Thought #4:
Did you know that energy-saving light bulbs also contain "Mercury?" I learned that from one of my wise aunties. Read the labels of the boxes
carefully folks and you will be amazed!
Thought #5:
Did you know that Distilled White Vinegar is also a disinfectant that kills mold, mildew, and bacteria? It is also used as a deodorizer, as well as a natural
fabric softener. I love to use it when I clean to disinfect without using harsh 'bleach'; not to mention, I use it in my washing machine for the fabric
softener.
If you have a K-Mart by you, please visit there and see if they sell the 1-gallon tubs. That's where I buy my 1-gallon tubs for only $2.99. Don't know
about you folks, but I would rather put up with the smell of vinegar than something that is caustic as bleach can be. Yuck!
Thought #6:
If you are stressed from the work day or from various life stressors, please think about my tip I am going to give you. I do a lot of research online and I
mean hours and hours of research online. We all 'breathe' improperly. Something as simple as our 'breathing' technique can actually be
'killing' us on the inside.
Sit relaxed in a chair or lie down (whichever is most comfortable for you). Put your hands on your tummy, relax your mind, close your eyes, and slowly inhale
through your nose pushing your tummy outwards lifting your hands. Then slowly exhale out through your mouth pushing your tummy back inwards as if deflating the
balloon.
You need to focus on breathing slowly and deeply throughout the day, rather than the shallow breathing that we have been doing when we're stressed.
Learning how to breathe properly is absolutely vital to our health. *HUGS* TO YOU ALL AND HAPPY BREATHING FOR A GOOD LIFE!!!!
HERE IS WONDERFUL BREATHING INFORMATION FOR YOU ALL TO READ. IT IS EXCELLENT!!!!!!
